Welcome to the tkts website which is run by The Society of London Theatre. (The Society of London Theatre is the trading name of West End Theatre Managers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No 527227, whose registered office is at 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET).

tkts is a member of STAR (Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers). Members of STAR are required to comply with a code of practice which ensures that they:

• Clearly identify the face value of any tickets purchased and any additional booking fees
• Highlight any terms and conditions, including transferability, cancellation and viewing restrictions
• Handle bookings in a polite and courteous manner, giving the highest standards of professional service.

COMPETITIONS

Winners will be notified by email. Details will only be used to contact the winner and will not be stored or used for marketing purposes. There is no cash alternative to the prize and all transportation is the responsibility of the prize-winner. The prize is non-transferable. Only one entry per household. Winners will be chosen at random: incorrect answers will be counted as disqualification. The decision of The Society of London Theatre is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them.

NEWSLETTERS

If you subscribe to our newsletters, we will not pass on your email address to any third parties. You will not receive our regular newsletter more than once a week, while special offers will not be sent to your email address more than three times a week. You may choose to unsubscribe at any time.

PRIVACY

We respect any personal information given to us and undertake to comply with all data protection legislation currently in force. We do not disclose personal information to any third party without your permission.
