TKTS Leicester Square is the original and only official Discount Theatre ticket booth run by Society of London Theatre. Originally founded in 1980 as The Half Price Ticket booth, TKTS is located at the centre of Leicester Square in the Clocktower building and provides a one-stop ticket shop for West End Theatre. It is easy to find as it's the only building actually standing within the Square, rather than around the edge. The nearest Underground stations are Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.
Hundreds of discount and half price theatre tickets are available on the day of performance and often up to a week in advance.
A limited number of full price tickets are also available for some shows.
Check out what's on sale.
Tickets can only be bought in person from the windows.
Beware our many imitators around the Square! TKTS is run by Society of London Theatre, the organisation that represents and re-invests in London theatre. Other outlets that promise cheap London theatre tickets have no association to SOLT and their sales and business practices are not regulated by the Society. Buy your tickets from the TKTS building and you will not only save money, but also help support the Theatre industry.
TKTS Leicester Square does not accept payment by American Express, bank or travellers cheques.
A booking fee of £3.00 is applied to tickets (excluding full price tickets). This covers our operating costs, with any surplus re-invested in London Theatre, and is included in the advertised price.
We do not charge a booking fee on any full price sales.
